WorkMovr Corporation Privacy Policy General Philosophy We never sell or give away or reveal names or data to outside parties What information we collect When you send us a message, we collect your email address and associated information When you use our service, you have huge amounts of your information on our servers Who sees the information we collect WorkMovr employees may view your information on a “need to know” basis only. Only David Talbot and Frank Pesek (the 2 WorkMovr Principals) have Administrator rights to view your data All information is managed in accordance with United States HIPPA laws as a basic standard Your data is obfuscated on Test Systems Production applications generally employ HTTPS encryption Arrangements with WorkMovr Business Partner organizations Sonic (www.sonic.net) houses all our servers in their computer room, and has emergency-only access to our servers. In general, Sonic employees do not have access to our servers. Programming Business Partners have access only to Test applications.
